For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit cards. If you paid for your order via a credit / debit card, you can return items to SH-STUDIOS and request for a refund back to your credit / debit card within 14 days from the date of receipt.
CANCELLATION
Sh-Studios allows its customers to return faulty products, damaged products, mistake in order or mismatch in size. Upon creating a return request and returning all the goods, tags, freebies and bills intact, the good can be replaced with Sh-Studios within a 30 day guarantee. Sh-Studios allows a full refund on a return and bears the cost of delivery, though delivery cost is to be borne by the customer.
