Return and Exchange Policy

  • No exchange unless the item had any manufacturing defects.
  • No exchange for used items.
  • No cash refunds will be allowed.
  • Orders will take upto 10 working days.
  • Once the order is sent by any courrier company the brand is not responsible for any lost or unreceived shipments.
  • Brand is not responsible if client chose the wrong size.
  • All orders are custom made and there will be no returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.

Full name, address and phone number to be provided by the client. Correct email address to be provided by customer to follow up on order confirmation and shipment tracking.

This privacy policy is applicable to all of SH-STUDIOS' customer facing platforms including SH-STUDIOS' website, www.sh-studios.com (“Platforms”). Any reference to “site” or “website” may also refer to platforms interchangeably. 

This Privacy Policy may be subject to change from time to time. The current version of this Privacy Policy is posted online by SH-STUDIOS.

You should check our Privacy Policy regularly. Your continued use of the SH-STUDIOS' website, application and services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

Security

We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. When we collect data through the Site, we collect your personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls on our servers. When we collect payment card details electronically, we use encryption by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding.

Whilst we are unable to guarantee 100% security, this makes it hard for a hacker to decrypt your details. You are strongly recommended not to send full credit or debit card details in unencrypted electronic communications with us. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection and disclosure of your information.

Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer.  

Every time you visit any of SH-STUDIOS Platforms, information is sent from your browser to our server log files, where it will be saved. The information transferred includes: time and date or visit to our site, which pages were viewed, IP address, URL of site that referred you to SH-STUDIOS, how much information has been stored and which browser you have been using.

Once we have all this information, all IP addresses are deleted or anonymised. Anonymisation means that your IP address is changed in such a way that they either cannot be linked with the original user or can only be linked through extensive research.

The anonymous information stored in this log file is then used to improve the shopping experience on the SH-STUDIOS Platforms by making our navigation more user-friendly, finding errors quickly and directing our server’s capacity to where it is needed most. For example, this information allows us to work out our busiest times and plan enough server power for those times to keep our site running as quickly as possible.

By and in relation to my continuous use of SH-STUDIOS site, I hereby give my permission for SH-STUDIOS to analyse and use protocol data to develop and optimise their online shop.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Privacy Policy. 

 

Shipping Policy

  • Orders will take up to 10 working days to be shipped.
  • Shipments in the UAE will take upto 2 working days to be delivered.
  • Shipments within the GCC will take upto 3 to 5 working days to be delivered.
  • We are unable to ship to Qatar.
  • Shipments outside the GCC will take upto 5 to 8 working days to be delivered.

Delivery

All deliveries outside the United Arab Emirates will be chargeable. All deliveries inside the United Arab Emirates are free. SH-STUDIOS will not be in charge if client fails to reply to the phone or email for any deliveries.
